Didier Drogba to make MLS debut with Impact on Saturday

MONTREAL – It’s official: super star forward Didier Drogba is expected to take the field on Saturday in the Impact’s game against the Philadelphia Union.

The club said the Ivory Coast striker will be in uniform for the weekend’s home game, but did not confirm if Drogba will be part of the starting line-up or come in as a substitute.

Drogba has been training since the team signed him amid much fanfare, a little less than a month ago.
