WINNIPEG – A line-up more than one thousand people deep has wrapped its way around the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Winnipeg as local look to appear in a Hollywood Film.
The open call for extras in a new Dennis Quaid movie started at 10:30 am and wraps at 3:30 pm.
Despite the warm temperatures thousands had no problem standing in the sun as they eagerly waited for their turn to apply
The Dennis Quaid film is called A Dog’s Purpose.
Extras aren’t required to have experience in the film industry, instead producers are looking for real-life firefighters and police officers. They are also seeking teenage football players.
