Saskatoon police seek help locating missing man

SASKATOON – Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing Saskatoon man. James Upper, 61, was last seen in the city in mid-April.

Police say Upper has been using text messaging from an unknown location as recently as Friday, May 8.

There is concern for his welfare due to health issues.

Upper is five-foot nine or 10, around 250 pounds with white hair and beard.

He may be driving a maroon 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara pulling an older model travel-trailer.
