A Kelowna woman is putting out a public appeal in an effort to find out who set her house on fire. The blaze broke out at a townhouse on Kneller road in Rutland late last month.
At first, investigators said the cause was undetermined. But the homeowner was convinced it was arson and upon further investigation, she was right. Now the question is: Who did it and why? Kelly Hayes reports.
