The Toronto Zoo is holding a farewell celebration today for a one-year-old polar bear cub that’s headed to Winnipeg.
“Humphrey” is headed to the Assiniboine Park Zoo where he’ll be socialized with other polar bears to further his development towards becoming an adult bear.

Humphrey’s older brother, Hudson, was also born at the Toronto facility, but was moved to the International Polar Bear Conservation Centre in Winnipeg.
