HANWELL, N.B. – Police in North Bay, Ont., believe two missing patients from a local mental health facility who pose a threat to public safety were in New Brunswick earlier this week.

North Bay police say they received information the two were in Hanwell just southwest of Fredericton on Tuesday.

Duval is 37, five-foot-one, weighs 117 pounds, has brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair usually kept in a ponytail.

Pepin, 39, is six-feet, 174 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
