Edmonton police said a minivan carrying six people was hit head on by a stolen truck.

The lone person in the silver Dodge Ram crew cab and everyone in the silver Dodge minivan were injured, with some taken to various city hospitals with undetermined injuries.

“We’re trying to determine if [the truck] in fact went through a red light, stale yellow, what-have-you,” said Sgt. James McLeod, Edmonton Police Service.
