At around 6:00 p.m. a man entered the TD Bank along the 2000 block of Mayor Magrath Drive South, approached the tellers and demanded cash with a gun. An undisclosed amount was handed over and the suspect fled the scene. At the time of the armed robbery there were multiple customers and employees inside the bank, but no one was injured.
Following an investigation by members of the Criminal Investigation Section, two people were identified and interviewed Wednesday morning. Both men have been ruled out as suspects and were released without charges.
Police say the robbery at a Westside Taco time on Sunday and this robbery are not connected.
