Eat better lose weight and save money. Those are three of the most popular New Year’s resolutions that Canadians make each year. But it’s not always easy to stick to these promises. In fact it’s common for most to abandon these resolutions pretty early into the near year. At 6:45am we’ll have some tips from Dietitian Kate Comeau on how to realistically achieve fitness goals in the new year without breaking the bank. 

Consultations on a proposed ban on flavoured tobacco and e-cigarette juices gets underway soon in Nova Scotia. In November, the province introduced a bill that would ban all flavoured tobacco and juice. But after facing some public criticism over a lack of consultation – the government removed flavoured tobacco from the ban. At 7:15am we’ll tell you how you can have your say in whether flavoured tobacco products should be available in Nova Scotia.
