The entire operation was coordinated by Daniloff’s dad Marc, who wanted to surprise his daughter for surviving a tough year.

The teenager has a rare disease called Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocystosis that attacks the healthy cells in her body.

Throughout the year she spent months in the hospital with only a 20 per cent chance of survival.

Daniloff continues to receive treatment, but her dad Marc tells Fox6 News that she intends to continue her fight and attend college next year.
