KELOWNA – Groundbreaking took place in Kelowna Monday for the redevelopment of Pleasantvale. Until now it was a complex for low income seniors. Soon, some of the units will also include low income families.
The redevelopment will include 50 units of affordable senior housing and 20 units of housing for families with low to moderate incomes. The new units are slated to open for occupancy in 2016.
