RCMP investigating gas station robbery in Waverley, N.S.

HALIFAX – RCMP are looking for two suspects who robbed a Waverley, N.S. gas station on Sunday morning.

Police say the two suspects entered the Circle K Irving at around 8:30 a.m. and demanded cash and items from the clerk.

There were two employees and a customer in the store at the time, but no one was injured and no weapons were produced.

The two suspects then fled in a small grey-coloured vehicle.

The male suspect is described as approximately six-feet tall, with a medium build and was wearing a dark hat and a scarf over his face. The woman is described as having a thin build and was wearing a white ball cap and dark clothing. She also had her face covered with a scarf.
