WINNIPEG — Resident across central Manitoba are urged to be cautious on roads and walkways as freezing rain has created dangerous conditions on Friday.
Freezing rain developed ahead of a low pressure system moving through northern Saskatchewan. It’s expected to end early this afternoon as the system moves on or the temperatures rise above 0 C.

- Dauphin, Roblin, Winnipegosis

- Swan River, Duck Mountain, Porcupine Provincial Forest
