The report reveals nine out of ten residents believe Saskatoon provides a good quality of life.
It finds more than 1,300 new business start-ups set up shop in the city last year.
The document also outlines significant land development in the Kensington neighbourhood and in neighbourhoods east of College Drive.
“We also saw great participation in our leisure and recreation facilities and programming, so we also wanted to highlight those,” said Catherine Gryba, city’s corporate performance department general manager.
“There are some interesting programs that fire and protective services did that are included in the report.”
