Councillor Mike Layton overwhelmingly won his bid for re-election in Ward 19 Trinity-Spadina.
He managed to win 83.5 per cent of the vote, crushing his closest challenger Scott Bowman, who only won 10.1 per cent.
Layton was first elected with nearly 45 per cent of the vote in the 2010 election, handily beat his closest opponent by 25 percentage points.

Layton’s stepmother Olivia Chow came in third place in her bid for mayor this election.
