Body discovery on West Kelowna beach not suspicious: RCMP

WEST KELOWNA, B.C. – A body was discovered on a West Kelowna beach Wednesday morning.

RCMP were called to the Gellatly Bay dog park on Okanagan Lake just after 7 a.m. to investigate.

By 9:30 a.m., RCMP had cleared the scene.

West Kelowna RCMP believe the body is not that of a missing boater and the person whose body was found died under circumstances not considered to be suspicious.
