CALGARY – Police are looking to the public for help as they investigate a vicious assault on the weekend that left the victim in hospital fighting for his life.
The attack happened in the area of 17th Avenue and 12th Street S.W. around 2:45 a.m. on Sunday, September 7th.

Police say the victim was assaulted by four men who left the scene before officers arrived.
The victim remains in hospital in critical condition.
Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. to contact police at 403-266-1234, or Crime Stoppers.
