Hiker found after going missing on Mount Seymour

VANCOUVER – North Shore Rescue searched through the night for a hiker missing on Mount Seymour.

The hiker has now been found and is safe.

The organization says it was called into the effort late because the hiker’s family members tried to search on their own yesterday before asking for help, which prevented them from calling a helicopter into the search last night.
