OTTAWA – Ottawa police have charged a 24-year-old man in the alleged abduction of a two-year-old boy on Thursday.
Kevyn Menard has been charged with disobeying a court order.

Police say the boy was taken around noon Thursday at an outdoor barbecue at the Tunney’s Pasture area of Ottawa.
The boy was found safe shortly after an Amber Alert was issued.
Police say the investigation continues.
