VERNON — Investigators are treating the cause of a business fire in Vernon as suspicious.
The incident happened at the MTF clearance store on 24th Street late Monday morning where a pallet loaded with potato chips in the warehouse somehow caught fire.

There was heavy smoke damage to the warehouse.
Staff managed to get all customers out safely.
Officials are treating the cause as arson.
