Teen hit by vehicle near Winnipeg’s Grosvenor School

WINNIPEG – A teenage boy was taken to hospital in critical condition after he was hit by an SUV near Grosvenor Avenue and Wilton Street on Monday morning.

Emergency crews were called to an area near Grosvenor School at about 8:45 a.m.

The intersection of Grosvenor and Wilton was closed while police investigated the crash. It remained closed at noon, with multiple evidence markers on Wilton, police tape surrounding a white SUV and investigators gathering information.
