Tamara shows Jessica the latest tile trends and style in Décor & Design

In my opinion, tile is one of the best ways to jazz up your place! Nowadays there are so many options available for tile, from glass, to brushed metal and everything in between.

Have a look at some of the tile featured in the Décor and Design segment. Tamara taught me, the beauty of tile is it can be used anywhere, floors, walls, shower, back splash, mantel… get creative!

Well, I’m convinced. I was a skeptic before, but now I’m sure of it. The juice isn’t worth the squeeze!

At least, that’s what I was able to take away from my time with Brooke Bulloch today. You can’t get the full nutrition from the juice alone; there’s gold in them pulps. Well, fiber, which is LIKE gold!

What’s in store at a women’s car care clinic this Sunday? Melissa gets a sneak peek

Breaking news from Canada and around the world sent to your email, as it happens.

This morning we learned more about the ladies auto care clinic taking place this Sunday

I can’t speak for other women, but I can speak for myself in saying that I feel like this will help create a comfortable space for women who may be intimidated or have questions about their vehicles.

Having a women (a race car driver!!) come in and give some basic auto care tips seem inspiring to me because I feel like it’s a true reflection of what women can do regardless of how male dominated a certain industry may be.

The ladies auto care clinic is held nationwide by Kelly Williams and will be held in Saskatoon at Anderson’s Transmission and Auto Care on April 27.

Artificial Lift – ‘Crooked Bush’

Have a listen to Lloydminster rock and rollers Artificial Lift, who were in the studio to perform an acoustic version of their song Crooked Bush.

Jessica sits down with the organizers of the Pink Wig Foundation gala

This sounds like a fabulous night out, all for a terrific cause. The proceeds help women who are being treated for cancer financially.

They are still looking for more sponsors and do have tickets left to sell, so watch the interview for more information.
