Power went out in Mount Royal, Hudson Bay and parts of Westview around 6 a.m.
Saskatoon Light & Power says the outages were caused by equipment failure, which could include transformers or an underground cable fault.
Affected customers in Westview were switched to a temporary power supply where possible.
