WATCH: A bowling alley employee is still baffled how a child got inside a toy vending machine
TORONTO – A child reported missing in Nebraska on Monday was found safe and sound, inside a toy vending machine at a local bowling alley.
The child’s mother called police around dinner time when she noticed her son wasn’t in the apartment, KETV reported.
The 3-year-old didn’t wander too far. He was found across the street playing with stuffed animals inside the claw crane machine.
According to KETV, bowling alley employees called the vendor who came to the alley to open the arcade game and free the child.
Police said charges were not filed against the mother as she promptly called 911 as soon as she noticed the child was missing.
