It’s been a long battle for Garnetta Oakley. For six years she fought for her rights and it ended in victory last week. On Thursday the Nova Scotia Human Rights Board confirmed she was a victim of racial discrimination while working at Leon’s. At 6:45 Crystal will talk with Garnetta about her journey and how she dealt with the negativity.
