The fiancée of a Kelowna woman found dead in her mobile home is expected to appear in court this morning charged in connection with her death.
The body of Amy Parkes was found in her home on Tuesday morning.
Her fiancee — Ryan James Quigley — is now facing charges of second-degree murder.
Neighbours say they had heard the couple fighting in their trailer in the nights leading up to her death and police had even been called in recent weeks.
The 34-year-old Quigley is expected to appear in Kelowna court this morning for a bail hearing.
This is Kelowna’s second murder of the year.
