NANAIMO, B.C. – Four teens have been arrested after a stabbing in Nanaimo Sunday morning.
RCMP say officers found a 19-year-old man in an alley bearing multiple stab wounds Sunday morning.

He was rushed to hospital and is expected to recover.
Police say a fight occurred in a nearby apartment.
Police say those arrested are between the age of 13 and 19.
Officers say the investigation is ongoing and charges are being considered.
