1 man clinging to life following stabbing at a Vancouver hotel

One man is in critical condition in hospital this morning after being stabbed in the neck Wednesday night.

Vancouver Police were called at about 8:30 p.m. to the St. Helen’s Hotel at Granville and Davie Street, where they found a 26-year-old Vancouver man in the lobby suffering from a life-threatening stab wound.

The police were originally called after reports of fighting inside a suite.

The wounded man was rushed to hospital and just before 2 a.m. Thursday morning, police arrested two Vancouver man in their 20s, who they say are believed to have been involved in the fight.

Both suspects are known to police and charges have yet to be determined.
