It has been a tough year for independent visual artists in Halifax. The number of venues where their work can be shown is steadily decreasing, but Art and Activism at NSCAD and the Radical Imagination Project are hoping things can be turned around. We talk to NSCAD assistant professor Max Haiven about the issue at 7:15.
