TORONTO – Police say shots were fired around 10:30 p.m. Monday as thieves held up two armoured car guards making a cash delivery at Fairview Mall in North York.
There is no word on how much money was stolen or how many people were involved.
Police say they have a description of one suspect and a vehicle which may be related to the crime has been seized.
Neither of the guards were injured in the altercation.
