Retaliatory tariffs could be catastrophic for Canadian bookstores
Description
Some retaliatory tariffs expected to come into effect on April 2 may be catastrophic for Canadian bookstores. The federal government is expected to impose 25 per cent counter tariffs on $125 billion worth of goods imported into the country from the U.S. At the moment, books are included on the list of tariffs. As Felicia Parrillo explains, Montreal bookstores are urging the government to reconsider.
