After missing out on attempts to lure other heavy hitters from the Pacific Rim, the Blue Jays have signed slugger Kazuma Okamoto. At a Tuesday press conference, Toronto's GM said the team is better for the addition and isn't ruling out further tweaks to the lineup ahead of opening day. Matthew Bingley reports.
