A Lower Mainland man is stepping up to try to empower others, after trying to save a life. On Thursday night, Mark Kascha says he and others jumped into action, when a young man fell from a chair lift at Cypress Mountain. Even though the victim did not survive, Kascha is now offering to teach life-saving skills to others, in light of what he witnessed. Taya Fast reports.
