Alberta chief medical officer of health Dr. Mark Joffe said on Wednesday that there are currently 351 lab-confirmed cases of E. coli connected to the Calgary daycare outbreak from earlier this month. He added four children remain in hospital, and case numbers are beginning to plateau. Most of the children have been cleared to return to the daycare, he said.
