Indian Head resident Rod Vance sprung into action on Sunday to buff the concrete surface of the bowl of "hateful graffiti" at the community skatepark on Sunday. "I think the one thing I'd say to the kids is: reach out to the vandals if you know them is educate them and help them be a part of the community," he asked.
