Alberta releases report on proposed provincial pension plan

As Alberta mulls exiting the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) in favour of making its own, the province has released a new independent report detailing how much money it’s entitled to if it opts out. Heather Yourex-West looks at the numbers, and explains why leaving the national plan is no easy task.
