Kelowna woman informing public about city’s plan to borrow millions

Kelowna residents have just a few more weeks to voice their opposition to the city borrowing more than $240 million to upgrade several recreational centres across the city. As Jayden Wasney reports, one woman has taken to the streets to inform residents about what would be the biggest loan in the city’s history.
