Addressing the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on Wednesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Russia of “weaponizing” energy and food as it continues to wage war on Ukraine. Further, Trudeau also said Trudeau shouldn't have “to choose between supporting Ukraine and supporting the [UN] SDGs and global development.”
