Fifteen people have been charged with mischief in connection to a riot that broke out at the PNE Amphitheatre last summer. Chaos erupted after the last-minute cancellation of a headlining act at the Breakout Festival — with some concert-goers causing more than $300,000 worth of damage in and around the PNE.
