Traffic Tips: Fall distracted driving campaign

ICBC and police have launched their fall campaign targeting distracted drivers. As Katelin Owsianski reports, despite efforts to educate drivers and improve road safety, many motorists are still not getting the message about the dangers of driving while distracted.
