Just outside of Halifax, waves are crashing over roads and forcing police to close them to keep people safe on Saturday. Authorities are urging individuals against coming outdoors to “sight-see” and take pictures, but to stay sheltered indoors instead. Vanessa Wright reports from Cow Bay, N.S.
