People living near Highway 60 in the town of Devon demanding something be done to stop the noise that comes from semi truck drivers using their engine retarder brakes. As Sarah Komadina explains, the concern is especially great because of one intersection’s proximity to the palliative care wing of the Devon General Hospital.
