Crown says it did not receive VPD shoplifting files to approve charges

A follow to a Global BC story about Project Barcode — a Vancouver police crackdown on shoplifitng. It netted 217 arrests and resulted in 278 charges recommended for approval. But B.C. Prosecution Service says it only received 143 files, with 83 per cent resulting in charges. Kristen Robinson reports.
