A local film festival is returning for its second year in November. The Broad View International Film Festival features works by women directors from right here in Edmonton and around the world. But before the curtain lifts on the festival there is a fundraiser with money supporting female creators. Festival founder Geraldine Carr joined Global News at Noon Edmonton to share more about what’s planned and how people can take part.
