Jericho Beach pier to be repaired after Vancouver Park Board vote

September 12, 2023
The Jericho Beach pier will not be demolished after the Vancouver Park Board voted instead to repair it. Staff had originally recommended to deconstruct the pier, which has been closed since early 2022 after a storm surge caused significant damage.
