An emotional demonstration in downtown Montreal paid tribute to the hundreds of pedestrians and cyclists killed on Quebec roads in the past decade. An intersection usually dominated by cars became the site of a poignant protest in which the families of the victims called for change. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
