Athabasca Tribal Council in northern Alberta declares state of emergency

The Athabasca Tribal Council, representing 2,500 people in five First Nations in northern Alberta, has lost 60 people to overdose or suicide since January. As Sarah Ryan explains, they’re asking for financial support from all levels of government to address the issues.
