English CEGEPs bracing for impact as parts of Quebec language law come into effect

As students return to school, English CEGEPs are bracing themselves for the year ahead, as parts of Bill 96 takes effect. Quebec’s language law will mandate students to take additional French courses and will limit the enrolment in English language colleges. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, the schools are already feeling the pinch.
