Racism partly to blame for unequal health care provided to Indigenous women: PHAC

Off-reserve Indigenous women suffer from a lack of access to health care, according to a new study from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) published Monday. The study suggests racism and a lack of primary care providers are major factors.
