A new U.S. study confirms that for those who've already suffered a heart attack or stroke, taking Aspirin every day can reduce the chances of a subsequent episode. The study also points out that despite Aspirin's low cost and clear benefits in such scenarios, fewer than half of the worldwide population who have had a heart attack or stroke take the medication.
